We work with Korea Post to send orders worldwide through EMS and EMS Premium.

Returns and cancellation

24 hours
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order and receive a refund only within 24 hours of purchase.
Quality
No change-of-mind returns
Perfume and cosmetic products of satisfactory quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
Defects
Manufacturing defects
After dispatch, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, such as a broken dropper or a chipped ampoule.
Cargo services
Inspect the parcel on receipt and complete an inspection report in the presence of the courier or at the collection point.
EMS
The value of the Goods is declared in the order. If a parcel is lost, EMS reimburses only that declared value. EMS delivery charges are not refunded on return.
Important
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Return delivery is paid for by the Buyer, except for damage in transit supported by an inspection report.
- Refunds are processed after the products reach the EvaCode warehouse in satisfactory condition.
- Products whose packaging has been opened or which have been tested are not refunded.
- If a product cannot be sent back to the warehouse, any refund is at the store’s discretion.
- EvaCode is not responsible for products returned by mistake.
